So I am way behind on my posting here! In order to avoid a situation in which I write 5 separate posts in one day, I will attempt to summarized and update you on the last 2 months. After Chilapa, here's what else happened in April ...
*We finally finished going through the book of Proverbs in Girls Bible Study. As expected, the girls really enjoyed talking about Proverbs 31 and it was a great way to end the study. Ale was our model Proverbs 31 woman - we had 1 minute to write down all the attributes of the Proverbs 31 woman that we could remember and tape them to her. Now we are studying the book of Job together - the girls' choice.
*Another Child's Day has come and gone. Some of you may remember that in Mexico, children have their own holiday. As usual, we celebrated with a school party complete with a devotional, coloring, face painting, a moon bounce, and games. Both kids and teachers had fun enjoying a day without classes. 
*To continue celebrating Child's Day, Doc and Saraid took the Genesis girls to the city to a big festival with many different activities for kids. Unfortunately, most of the activities were designed for younger children. We made the most of the day and had fun taking pictures with our free hats.
